Applies to Product Orders, Service Requests, or Custom Equipment Orders

At Vibrovia, we aim to deliver defect-free and performance-driven machinery. However, if you face any issue with our product or service, please review the following policy:

1. Returns (Physical Products)

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice.

  • Only manufacturing defects or transit damage will qualify for return.

  • Customized or made-to-order equipment cannot be returned unless found defective.

2. Inspection & Approval

  • Once the return request is received, our quality team will inspect the product.

  • If the issue is verified, we will process either a replacement or credit note.

3. Refunds (Advance or Partial Payments)

  • Refunds are not applicable once production or dispatch has started.

  • Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

  • For project-based services, refunds will be subject to service stage and effort invested.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • In case of wrong delivery or manufacturing error, Vibrovia will arrange return pickup.
