At Vibrovia, we aim to deliver defect-free and performance-driven machinery. However, if you face any issue with our product or service, please review the following policy:
1. Returns (Physical Products)

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice.

Only manufacturing defects or transit damage will qualify for return.

Customized or made-to-order equipment cannot be returned unless found defective.
2. Inspection & Approval

Once the return request is received, our quality team will inspect the product.

If the issue is verified, we will process either a replacement or credit note.
3. Refunds (Advance or Partial Payments)

Refunds are not applicable once production or dispatch has started.

Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

For project-based services, refunds will be subject to service stage and effort invested.
4. Shipping Responsibility

Customers must bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

In case of wrong delivery or manufacturing error, Vibrovia will arrange return pickup.
